The terms and conditions governing use of moneymana.org and MoneyMana services.
By accessing moneymana.org or engaging MoneyMana services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
MoneyMana provides fee-based financial literacy education and personal finance coaching services. All services are strictly educational and informational in nature.
MoneyMana is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary. We do not manage assets, execute trades, or provide personalized investment advice. Nothing provided through MoneyMana constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice.
Our coaching and education services are designed to build your financial knowledge, capability, and confidence — enabling you to make your own informed decisions.
MoneyMana services are fee-based. Specific fees will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of any coaching engagement. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Group education programs, institutional partnerships, and community outreach engagements are subject to separate written agreements.
Your engagement with MoneyMana does not create a fiduciary relationship. MoneyMana does not act as your fiduciary and has no legal obligation to act in your best financial interest beyond providing the educational services agreed upon.
You are solely responsible for all financial decisions you make, including any decisions influenced by information or education received through MoneyMana.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoneyMana shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services or website, including any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided through MoneyMana.
MoneyMana's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All content on moneymana.org, including text, graphics, curriculum materials, and educational resources, is the property of MoneyMana and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from MoneyMana content without prior written permission.
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and in good faith. You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm MoneyMana or other users.

Either party may terminate a coaching engagement with reasonable notice. MoneyMana reserves the right to terminate access to services for violation of these Terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
